Nationally Recognised Training RTO 46469

A combined first aid and CPR course teaches essential life-saving skills, covering emergency response, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and injury management for adults and children.
This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. You will practise compressions and rescue breaths on adult and infant manikins, and learn to operate an AED with confidence. Most workplaces expect this to be refreshed every twelve months.
Each unit is nationally recognised and appears on your certificate.
Our training methodology is hands-on and practical, so you leave able to act, not just answer questions.
Interactive classroom learning
Short, practical theory led by a trainer, not a slideshow you watch alone.
Hands-on practical exercises
You practise every skill yourself on modern CPR manikins and first aid equipment.
Realistic emergency scenarios
Scenario-based practice so you can act under pressure, not just recite steps.
AED practice
Hands-on time with AED trainers so using a defibrillator feels familiar.
Individual assessment
Everyone is assessed individually against the unit requirements.
Workplace-specific discussion
For onsite groups we tailor scenarios to your work environment and risks.
