CPR Refresher (HLTAID009)

Overview

A focused half-day session that renews your HLTAID009 Provide CPR certificate. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends CPR skills are refreshed every 12 months, and many workplaces require it. You practise compressions, ventilations and AED use to the current guidelines and are assessed on the day.

Who this course is for

Anyone whose CPR certificate is due for renewal, and workers who need to keep CPR current every 12 months.

Prerequisites

None. This refreshes HLTAID009 Provide CPR.

Assessment

Practical demonstration of CPR on an adult and infant manikin, plus a short theory assessment.

Certificate issued

Statement of Attainment for HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Nationally recognised, issued as a digital certificate.
