Overview
Written for people who work with children. Alongside core first aid and CPR, this course focuses on the emergencies that actually happen in early learning and school settings: asthma attacks, anaphylaxis, febrile convulsions, and the practicalities of managing a medical emergency while supervising a room full of children. It meets the education and care requirements under the National Quality Framework.
What you will learn
- Provide first aid to infants and children

Online pre-course learning, completed before the practical day.

Certificate issued
Statement of Attainment for HLTAID012 (includes HLTAID011 and HLTAID009).
