How the course is taught

Our training methodology is hands-on and practical, so you leave able to act, not just answer questions.

  • Interactive classroom learning

Short, practical theory led by a trainer, not a slideshow you watch alone.

  • Hands-on practical exercises

You practise every skill yourself on modern CPR manikins and first aid equipment.

  • Realistic emergency scenarios

Scenario-based practice so you can act under pressure, not just recite steps.

  • AED practice

Hands-on time with AED trainers so using a defibrillator feels familiar.

  • Individual assessment

Everyone is assessed individually against the unit requirements.

  • Workplace-specific discussion

For onsite groups we tailor scenarios to your work environment and risks.

  • Trainers with clinical backgrounds

Courses are delivered by experienced healthcare professionals.
